A $20 trillion lawsuit has been filed against Chinese authorities in the United States for the outbreak of coronavirus. U.S. Attorney Larry Kleiman and his advocacy group Freedom Watch along with Buzz Photos, Texas, have filed the lawsuit.
The Chinese government, the Chinese military, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the director of the Wuhan Virology Institute Xi Zhangli and the Chinese military commander Chen Wei, plaintiffs were seeking $20 trillion more than China's domestic product, claiming the virus was a biological weapon prepared by the Chinese authorities.
They accused China of assisting in death and their skills, providing support Substantial beating to terrorists, connection to casualty and death of U.S. citizens, negligence, unlawful death and assault and battery.
They say the virus was released from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Prosecutors stated that the COVID-19 virus was "designed" by China to kill mass populations. Biological weapons were outlawed in 1925 and so such biological weapons are weapons of mass destruction associated with a terrorist, the lawsuit states. The US group cites numerous media reports that said there was only one microbiological lab in China that treated advanced viruses such as the new Coronavion virus - Wuhan.
To cover up, prosecutors say China has linked Corona virus statements with national security protocols. Kleiman and prosecutors also claimed that Chinese doctors and researchers who talked about the Coronu virus and "raised the alarm to the outside world internationally" were "silenced."
They added that it was Brigadier Chen's desperation to save herself from the virus that she injected herself and six of her teammates with a potential vaccine that was yet to be tested.
They also alleged that all the defendants worked together to perpetuate "international terrorism". The lawsuit states that while the coronus virus is acting slowly and slowly spreading to use against a state military, "it is intended to serve against the general population of one or more enemy states captured in China, such as the United States." US prosecutors also sought a jury trial against Chinese defendants.
