Good morning everyone! So I've become very curious how the Russian army trains compared to the U.S.

We use our laser systems to identify someone has been shot or yadda, yadda. How does Russia train?

I've noticed in lots of videos and pictures that in their service rifles they swap out their flash hiders for a different one such as like in this picture https://images.app.goo.gl/vJ6EkLFc1rTD9Zbb7

I remember when I was in Lithuania I was at an army airfield and there was airsoft bb's all over and plastic sim rounds all over. Does russia do somthing similar? Curious if anyone knows.
