How fast/far should you run, how many push ups, sit ups chin ups should you be able to do to be comfortably in the top average of military soldiers?

I might be joining the military in 1 year and my physical condition is not great.

How far should you be able to run in a X amount of time + how many push ups, sit ups, chin ups should you be able to do to easily pass PFT and not get super gassed out and feel like throwing up rolling around while your heartbeat thumps in your ear like drums and you sweat 99 kilos of sweat?

I want to set benchmarks to reach.
