So a quick intro. I got this guy that wants to buy my truck and he talks A LOT. He has said he has been "in the marines for 2 months" and a few days later he suddenly "fought like hell in the desert for 10 years". I asked him about how things were in the marines, where he was sent, where he went to be trained, etc. All of these things he refused to answer. This guy thinks we are buddies and i just feel like he is full of it.

Now to me this sounds shady as hell, and i want to at least ask this guy a couple questions to see if he is legit or not. I dont have any knowledge on stuff like this as i have never served in the military. I see him riding around town on his bike wearing shirts and hats with "veteran" and "Marines" plastered across the back, and just feel like its wrong. ANY advice on this subject is appreciated. Including your opinion on weather or not i should be doing this. Be honest. I can handle it.
