Whats up everyone. Just wondering if anyone here has delt with something similar to this. Ive been collecting disability form the VA since 2012 and sleeping problems were noted back then but never took a sleeping test till just recently. I was just told I do have sleep apnea and would be given a Cpap machine which is fine.. But im curious as to how would that affect my already disability rating? Would it stay the same? go up? if it goes up would I get back pay since the test wasn't done way back when? anything helps.. Thanks in advance! Semper Fi!
