Need advice, please.

Hello, everyone,
I'm not sure if this is best place to post, so if there is a better place, please re-route me there.
My sister is an active duty member, and she is my favorite person in the world. This morning, she sent me several messages saying that she was admitted into her base ER for suicidal panic attacks she was having. I don't have any more details other than they have mandated her to see a base psychologist at this point.
We lost our dad to suicide in 2011, and I don't want to lose my best friend here and anytime soon to a similar situation.
The worst part is she is stationed on the other side of the world, so I'm not able to be with her immediately or for any time in the near future.
I want to support her however I can, so I've been reaching out to hotlines and friends who have served or are serving. The hotlines have not been helpful, since I'm not eligible to receive guidance, based on my relationship with her (not her spouse or dependent), and it's only 8:51am CST local time, so I haven't heard from any of those friends yet.
If there's any place I trust to get help online, it's Reddit. So, if you have any suggestions, guidance, resources, stories, or anything that can help me help my best friend, I will be eternally grateful for anything of help.
Thank you for any time you are willing to share.
