Doing a lot of rucking and sprinting, and need to ramp up the intensity to keep up the difficulty. Been looking at "tactical combat vests" and other airsoft loser equipment. Anything to add weight, hold dummy mags, a water bottle, a phone, etc, and stay on my chest while I run. But I am somewhat lost at what to look for, what to avoid, and what things like "CS" stand for. (Seriously, what the hell does "CS" stand for?!) And what is the community's verdict on running with weight in general, anyway - worthless and awful on your joints, or a good way to up the ante and build a stronger lower body and shoulders? Surely it depends on if the wearer is doing it correctly?
