Potential USERRA violation

I'll sum this up the best I can.
I've been at UPS since December of 2018. I was promoted to be a supervisor in May of 2019. Fast forward to April of 2020, I go on military leave. Before I go into that, I must explain some vital details. I got restationed from Ohio to Colorado. So I had arranged with my supervisors to be transferred to a UPS in Colorado. They said they would take care of it. Unfortunately, I don't have that in writing.
So I go on my military leave and do my training. Once my training is complete, I now live in Colorado, on base. I call UPS' HR and explain I'm ready to start working at the new CO location. They look up my file and tell me "Oh! Your supervisors never initiated your transfer. You must contact them and ensure they initiate it." I obey, and I reach out to my supervisors. They are confused and get someone else from HR involved. The lady tells me "Your supervisors never did what they were supposed to do and initiate your transfer during your active employment. You have three options: 1. Come back to Ohio and work for up to 6 months while they initiate your transfer. Or 2. Be fired for never showing up again. Or 3. Quit."
So here I am, back from my military leave, not being able to go back to my alleged secured civilian job, now trying to file for unemployment. But it gets better. I won't even be able to get unemployment from UPS either firing me for 'job abandonment' or I must quit. They're trying to find a cheesy way to not pay unemployment.
Is there a way I can win this? It isn't my fault for my supervisors not doing their job. So why should I have to pay for it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I really need help.
