Question about running

I consider myself someone in good shape. I'm strong, athletic, train in martial arts, and have great endurance. Problem is I barely run. I've sprinted few times in the past and to be honest, I feel like I want to die when I sprint. I can crank a good amount of pushups, pullups, squats, etc., but I just suck at sprinting and running. Will this be trouble for me in training?
