Question...how do i go about getting getting my medication i get from a civilian doctor added to my military records?

One I've had longer than 6 months but not yet expired. I take it as needed and it is something that would register on a UA. My 1SG knows I take it and have done so off and own for years. However, I don't trust her to vouch for me because I'm not a big enough shitbag, HA!

My second prescription is as easy as going to ask my doctor can she right another script. My 1st one I usually get when i go home, giving our current travel restrictions it wont be as easy to get. So Im good on that one, -but i do need to know exactly how do i get this done.
