SMs who've been in a Joint environment or around other branches, What are some standards/etiquette's that tripped you up?

For example, As a Sailor in a Joint command (mostly Army), calling Soldiers from E-5 thru E-8 "Sergeant" is the norm. Some SGMs are cool with it too but never the CSM. Navy Chiefs are adamant about being called Chief and will get called out if you don't. So it's nice that it breaks the barrier between senior and junior NCOs but still have a hard time.
Also, standing up when "At Ease" is called for senior enlisted. Makes no sense at all. Goddamn Army.
