As the title indicates, I am aiming to get a first class on the PFT for Marines. I wanted to ask for advice on how to train over the foreseeable future. I have been trying to enter the DEP, and I have been training on my own personally. (Last August, I weighed 221lbs). To be blunt, I wouldnt survive boot camp the way I am right now. My mile run time on track is not even passable for boot camp, and dont even ask me about pushups. Any and all advice, as well as criticism, is welcome. Thank you in advanced to any and all responses.
