What is the most intense, WIDELY KNOWN, full-body fitness plan?

Sincere question here, not trying to ruffle feathers. Looking for something a civilian (myself) can do. Looking for a strength + cardio routine. Also looking to push myself to the peak of my possible fitness (30 M in good shape already). What could I do? I’m looking for either an entrance exam of sort fitness plan and/or the regular routine of some service, e.g. I’m hoping for something like “here’s a PDF of the official training and/or entrance exam for delta force / seal team 6 / etc, which arguably has the most difficult and well-rounded program/requirements.” Can anyone point me toward some resource(s) like this?? Thanks!!!
