What the fuck do you do in a day as a junior enlisted infantryman after PT?

I asked in r/australianmilitary but got no traction. I get that it won’t be a 1:1 comparison, but figured it’s worth a shot.
What do you actually do on an average day as a junior enlisted? Do you just work out more? Are there classes? Do you just try and stay out of an officers line of site?
Seriously, I’m considering this as a career and I have no idea what the average day is like. I’m not going to be in the field all the time. I doubt I’ll be at the range every day. What’s an average day like?
