Workout routine

Training for the military, health and improving myself. Heres what I thought of, let me know if I should change anything. Been training before, couple months without consistent excerciese. 2 mile run every morning, some pull ups/push ups/squats after. Cold shower. Evening, Tuesday, thursday, football. Mon, wen, friday full body workout. Switching between workout A,B,A,B,A, and so on. Workout A: Bench 3 or 5x5, Rows 3 or 5x5, Incline Db 3x8-12, chin ups 3x amrap, bis and tris 3x8-12, deadlifts 3x5, Abs. Workout B: Military press 3 or 5x5, weighted pull ups 3 or 5x5, Dips 3x8-12, t-bar row 3x8-12, Bis and tris 3x8-12, Squats 3x5, Abs. As well as reading books and cutting of porn and shit. Fuck depression. Good looks or what do you think?
