First off I'll review the actual merchandise, the patch is awesome, quality is top notch and the Velcro holds like a dream. So now the company, as soon as I placed my order I loved this company, Julio sent me an email within an hour of placing my order and we talked for a little, and when I received my package not only was there a hand written message from Julio but a lot of good stuff inside the envelope. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
