I am less than 1 year from DOS. I am currently a developer and enjoy developing. I have a degree and have been "professionally" developing for the past 5 years. I just wanted to see if anyone had gotten out recently and how was it picking up a dev job.

So I’ve been stationed on Guam for the last two years. It’s been hell to say the least. What makes it even worse is that every industry on Guam is made in someway, shape or form, to take advantage and abuse not only the government industry but military members.

Just a little background, I’ve been gardening my own food for some time even with the constant moves, but now I really want to take the next step and get chickens for their eggs. There’s just so many questions as far as how to manage animals of any kind while still in the military.

Does anyone else own chickens? And if you do what have you done during PCS’s? Do you just sell them off?
