Croatian Ministry of Defence plans to acquire US arms package. Croatia  will  purchase of 16 armored M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System caliber 227 mm with MGM-140 Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS ) is a surface-to-surface missile (SSM) manufactured by Lockheed Martin of availability.

Pre-delivery MLRS M270 can cost $ 4 million., and the cost of one missile MGM-140 for him amounts to about two million dollars.

The ATACMS can be fired from multiple rocket launchers, including the M270 MLRS, and HIMARS. An ATACMS launch container has a lid patterned with six circles like a standard MLRS rocket lid.
