Have a problem with gunsmith

Sent a kit to Ice House Mfg last August and got a shipping label this May. After a week or two of noticing that the shipping info hasn't changed I tried calling to no avail. Last week or so I noticed the shipment was canceled on the UPS website. I've been trying to call/email the company for two month for updates on why the shipment was canceled and when it will ship to me with no response. Any help on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
