AD Enlisted, about to separate. May commission in the future. Should I apply for disability?

Air Force.
I have some mild "disabilities" that don't really affect my work performance (IT desk job), e.g. eczema, acne, ankle pain, lower back soreness, etc. and minor stuff like that. Properly documented, but never been on a waiver. I've always just pushed through the pain on my PT tests because I didn't want waivers to affect my deployment/PCS opportunities.
All of my coworkers are trying to get out and are applying for disability. I want to leave my options open though, since I will be well-qualified to be an officer candidate after I get out and there is a 50/50 chance I will try to commission.
I do not want to commission straight from AD. I want to be a civilian for a few years first to consider whether I want to commission at all, or just stay a civilian.
What is the best thing to do here?
