I'd heard that a branch offers a 2 year reserve contract and offers to cover the costs of medical school, is that true?

From my research I've only found mentions of HPSP that covers medical school but for each year of tuition used, is a year of commitment. Is this the only program offered for non prior service individuals. If so is this program only for active duty, or would you be able to join the reserves?
