Would I still be able to pass meps and enlist? (Previously went to meps two years ago)

A few years ago in 2021, I had tried to enlist in the Marine corps, I had gone to MEPS and passed my physical, but I could not pass the ASVAB due to my struggles in math (I have a learning disability in the subject) Ultimately I ended up not joining back then. I never mentioned any of that to the recruiter, nor being baker acted when I was 14 or being on medication (I've been off for over three years now but I have heard that MEPS has a new system in place now called genesis, and I'm assuming I would need to go back to meps if I wanted to enlist and this time they would find out about my past even if I omitted it.
I tried community college and didn't do too well and right now I'm working full time, but I think I always wanted to join the military and really try something new.
