Call the AESD service desk, they'll help you out, we'll have a few laughs...

Called the AESD service desk (unrelated to adobe license being expired), went through the menus, put into a queue where I was number 13, with the longest wait time of 13 minutes.
Got really excited when I could opt into a call back when someone was available to help me.
And it worked. To a point.
40 minutes later I get a call back, give my ticket info and summarize the issue.
Tech on the phone: Sorry, I can't help you with that. That's not my department. Let me transfer you.
30 minutes on hold. New Tech reviews my ticket and case info, clicks a few things and my issue is resolved.
