Might be a long shot but is there anyone in San Diego area that might be willing and able to assist my wife moving some luggage from the Airport Rental Car Return to the Terminal today?

My wife has been dealing with some dizziness, weakness, fainting type things recently and she is flying out tomorrow morning for our PCS with a bunch of bags and a dog. I can’t help because I’m already flying out..

She’s been feeling a little sick today and is worried about getting everything to the terminal by herself. Can be literally anytime today.
