I have worked five days and have a four day, but today is day three of four I had to come in to the office in civies to work on soldier admin, training or something. This has been a common occurance for months.

There were times that I got called in on weekends because the big boss forgot to inform us some work stuff with deadlines.

One time I had said that I will get to it when I come back to work while traveling, I got recalled back and screamed at.

Some of the international guys I work with have work/life balance figured out, but I am always asked "why are you here? Enjoy your rest!"

And I don't wanna hear "we are soldiers 24/7" or "It's a NCO's job". They have already said that and it made me want to punch a wall.

I'm tired to order, boss.
