The other day: In the MP at 0200 for the field. Vehicles are staged at 0500. Roll out at 1100. Set up the TOC. Stare at it until 1800 while they try their damndest to establish comms. 2000, there's no pill strong enough for our comms to go up and stay up, so this whole thing is called a bust and we pack up and go. 2100, we're back at the MP, but can't leave until everything is back in there respective place/connex. 2200, we're released. 2230 we get a text "0430 tomorrow formation. We need max participation for this BTN run"

How do y'all put up with 20 years of this nonsense?
