My recruiter said there is no water training in Army Basic. I can swim but told him while so get water in my ear I get extremely dizzy as I had some prior surgeries and issues with my ear. My doctor also advised to wear earplugs if swimming. My recruiter also told me I could wear ear plugs if there was swimming in basic training but I find that hard to believe.

Help someone help answer this? Also, my MOS is either 11B or 31B.
