Hey there legal team, quick question. I guess they’ve completely outlawed turn signals, speed limits, and stopping at red lights in Fayetteville, but not on Bragg itself. Some of the surrounding area is owned by the Army but isn’t actually Fort Bragg.

Do I have to drive like a complete jackass the second I leave post, or am I still able to use my turn signals while on government property? I know it’s customary to blast my music at least 50dB higher than necessary, and I will respect that, but do I need to light up a cigarette and tailgate the shit out of minivans in school zones before or after I reach Spring Lake?
