Hey I'd like to order a functioning tuition assistance program that's fully complete with a competent staff. Last time I tried to get some I got a half baked system and they still haven't refunded me or fixed my degree path so I can do it myself.

Seriously, GI bills, FTA/ignitED, state tuition assistance, and every single army 'benefit' is half baked and requires you to jump through 3 hoops and hope no one fucked your stuff up along the way.

Combine it with mobilizations, going to the field, TDY, and university staff and it's a surprise anyone can get a meaningful education.
