im interested in learning a trade and eventually running my own company. i’m already in the air force coming up on the end of my first contract. i’m trying to decide whether i should retrain into any 3E job or get out and join a union. what do you guys think would be a better option?

from what i’ve heard the union will offer better training than any air force trade would. i would say that retiring with the air force is probably the only thing that i’m on the fence about. retiring at 40 sounds pretty nice!
