I’m sorry if this has been asked before, but I recently submitted some buddy letters without the “I hereby certify…” conclusion.

Is this sentence a deal breaker? Should I have the letters revised and resubmit them with this sentence?

It seems like a non issue to me but I don’t know anything. Any help or input would be appreciated.
