I thought I did everything right… I had personal statements, diagnosis, a good C&P, and have only been separated 6 months from being a Military Firefighter.

My ROM for the relevant conditions above was definitely not normal as well. It fucking HURTS to move my joints certain ways and lean my head back or side to side…

Anyways, I find out last night by looking at my app that I an in PDA. Cool right? 1 hour later I have a decision so I look at ebennies and it shows everything denied except hyperhidrosis, which is “deferred”.

I know you guys can’t say much without the decision letter but I don’t have that yet either. I guess I am just extremely frustrated…. It feels like the rater blatantly ignored my diagnoses in my med record from my SHPE exam and the times I went to medical.
