Has anybody else been in this same situation? I submitted the claim online March 6th. A couple weeks ago, I called the benefits hotline because the claim was stuck on “claim received” and they told me to upload documentation just incase. Today, it just switched to initial review. Does this mean the claim could be processed soon since it’s been pending since March 8th, or is it gonna take a while now that it just got assigned for review?
