I cannot put in to words how incredibly frustrating it is to file a supplemental claim, be referred to QTC and get calls or text informing me to call them to schedule an appointment. I call, wait 35 minutes and never get anybody. Repeat process 4 times. Receive a text saying "thank you for attending your appointment". Call and wait another 30 minutes before finally getting a low energy individual who I am clearly inconveniencing with my call, for that person just to tell me that my appointment was completed 4 days ago and I'm good to go....
