My wife submitted the claims to the CHAMPVA address and it was returned as a "forward time exp rtn to send". The thing is the address is correct according to both the website and the form itself:

ATTN: CHAMPVA Claims
P.O. Box 469064
Denver, CO 80246-9064

And the return label has the Provider address on it for some reason.

And to just have further crap on a stick this is also the address that was on the form from the last claim denial where they said "You should be sending it here because you're using the wrong one".

And of course they closed at 4:30 and I got home at 4:40 so I have to wait until Monday to call and ask wth is up with these addresses.

Is anyone else having issues submitting things to CHAMPVA? Thanks.
