Staci Lowe was expecting her fiance to arrive back home after the football game at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, MO. At halftime, she was taken out on the field where her fiance William Bell spoke to her over video feed. He informed her that his return home had been postponed, and then the video feed cut out. Just as Staci was beginning to mourn over the delayed return, the unthinkable happened.
