Currently 74D, E4, 2nd enlistment.

I want to reclass to 42A since my degree is in Finance and my masters is in HR.

In/out calls say 42A is understrength for E4s but my retention office said theres no school dates open right now. So they need people but I can’t find the right door to knock. I was planning on calling the school house this week but I figured i’d stop by good ol reddit and see if anyone’s been through a similar situation.

My window isn’t until this September but i’m trying to get ahead of the curve as soon as possible. TIA
