So I don’t know at all what civilian maintenance is like. But I was curious if civilian maintenance is like as in efficiency, productivity, and cut training I guess.

It seems like it happens all the time when something gets caught up in military mx bc of military stuff like training, people not wanting to do their jobs, dirtbags, and leadership. Just getting in the way of the job. If anyone has experience or knows someone in civilian mx share you’re story.

Ps. I also thought that since let’s just say airlines have new planes and new tech all the time that their planes are easier to work on. (I could be very wrong)
