As a supervisor, I am forced into a difficult situation where my immediate supervisor and senior are pressuring me recall an airmen back from leave, even after the senior gave him permission to take leave for this following week.

I don't understand why leadership puts their people in uncomfortable situations like this, even when they know the requirements. Anyway, I plan on addressing the situation with the CC on Monday.
