Kinda in an odd situation. My wife and I are due to PCS here in a couple weeks. Her pregnancy exemption ended on the 06SEP23, and she was cleared by her current UDFM to take her PT test after she arrives to the gaining station. Her UDFM checklist item has been completed. Now her gaining unit is saying she might have to take it before she leaves. Her leave starts soon and essentially if she schedules her PT test this month, it will have to be while she's on leave and it will be due no later than 16OCT23 while we're in the middle of moving cross country. Her sponsor says she should get an acclimation exemption because she'll be out of area of her home station for more than 21 consecutive days. No one has a clear answer for us. Anyone else run across this issue?
