I’m in the guard and recently got accepted to be a 1B4. I was previously a 1D7X1A (3D1X2) and a cyber security manager/engineer as a contractor full time. Im already familiar with what cybersecurity is and the different roles in cybersecurity.

So my question is what do 1B4s actually do? Like are the soc analysts? Security engineers? Incident response teams? RMF work? Network security? I know DCO is blue team but that’s so broad.
