I am a suspected COVID-19 case and my husband is being transferred to San Diego

Hey everyone,
Today I was officially listed as a suspected COVID-19 case. I have a sore throat, dry cough, and elevated temperature (99.8). I was referred to a hospital help line at his base. I was listed as a suspected case due to my symptoms and travel history. They don't want to issue me a test unless my symptoms get worse. A few days ago, I was planning to leave my state to care for my mother, who was diagnosed with terminal cancer earlier this week. I decided to delay my trip when I started feeling under the weather. I have tried to do social distancing for the past few weeks, but my husband still goes to work every day. We're in Florida, and he works with a lot of younger guys that were partying with the college girls here on spring break as recently as last week. It's been impossible to actually practice social distancing.
My husband just completed EOD school and was waiting to go to additional training. He is now being PCS'd to San Diego next week, even though there is an order issued from the pentagon to stop PCS travel. He lives with me. We only have one bathroom. I can't completely self-isolate. My husband will be traveling across the country with other people that just graduated, and staying in the barracks in San Diego. This seems really insane and irresponsible. His command here, and the one in San Diego are both aware of my situation. They still want him to report to work and PCS to San Diego. It isn't even suggest that he self-quarantine for two weeks before going. Is there anything I can do? I'm a veteran and I know better than to be THAT military spouse that calls the command. But this seems really stupid and dangerous. Any advice? Do we just accept that he might spread this to multiple towns and his new command?
