Reaccuring Stress Fractures

Tldr at the bottom
I'm in the army
So I'm gonna start with basic training,(on mobile so no formatting, sorry) I'm going through basic and about one phase in part of my foot goes numb, no big deal it will go away I thought. Well it stayed with me for a while so I decided to go to sick call. After a quick look and the whole "what's your pain on a scale of 1-10" shpeal and I get sent to take a scan (cant remember what kind but I had to get radiation shots) scans come back, they say I got some "stuff" in my knees and ankles. Get put on crutches, all goes well slight pain but I make it through.
I'm in AIT now, nothing hurts at all now, about 7 weeks into ait I get a sharp ass pain in my left foot so bad to a point that it hurts just standing. It comes and goes, so eventually I go to sick call and get told the same thing "you have stress fractures, do these 7 stretches and you'll be fine," ok then I'll do just that. Graduate AIT
In my unit and dont really notice anything until I start running for pt but this time it's starting to hurt in not only my foot, but my ankles. I end up going to sick call and get some bloodwork done, they end up putting me on a 2 month recovery no run profile.
I'm still on that profile (ends 25 jan) and the pain has gone from just hurting when running, to hurting (not as bad but annoying) when I'm not doing anything. How likely is it for me to get medically discharged for this? It's been a thing for well over 7 or 8 months and the doctor said if it lasts longer the board will get involved. I dont have a app to go back to my PMC but I might make one since the pain hasn't subsided.
Tl:dr had pain in my foot in BCT when away, pain again in ait worse, pain at my unit but not only my foot but my ankles shin and knees, still on profile waiting to go back to the doc.
EDIT: anyone wondering I've been in for about a year
