I've seen numerous stolen valor videos, and lots of the time thos claiming to be high ranking officers are extremely overweight. My 1st thought of them being fake is due to their physique, but then again i know nothing of what are standards for high ranking officers. Are older high ranking officers allowed to become overweight or is there a rule preventing them so?
