Someone with experience, please convince me I'm making a good decision.

n less than 55 hours, I need to commit to a school. I did not get into any in-state schools and my two options are: CU Boulder AerospaceE & UC Berkeley MechanicalE.
I'm grateful that my parents are able to completely pay for either school without going into debt or taking any loans themselves; however I can't help but feel bad that I am choosing the more expensive school (Berkeley which is 76k more than CU). Now, I am choosing a career path that the vast majority of Cal students do not take and which going to Berkeley (in my opinion) will not have a big impact on "opening doors" in this career: I am doing Air Force ROTC in hopes of one day becoming a pilot. I want to become an astronaut after that, but in case that doesn't work out, I would like to go onto senior-level leadership in the Air Force and later retire by possibly going into senior-level management in the Federal Government.
I really like Berkeley, but can someone please convince me that I am making a good decision, because I still feel bad about my parents paying an extra 76k (even though they are on-board to fully support it without having any issues).
